Can I use the same email to create a new NeoPass account after deleting the old one?

After you delete your NeoPass account, your account information will be removed from our system within 30 days of your deletion request. During this 30-day period, you cannot use the same email address to create a new NeoPass account as the deletion of your data is still pending. Once the 30 days have passed, you are welcome to use the same email address to register for a new NeoPass.
