How do I set up or disable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Setting Up 2FA:

1. Go to "Settings" in the top navigation menu and navigate to the "Security" tab under “Two-factor authentication” section. Click “Set Up” to start.
2. Download and install an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, on your mobile device.
3. Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code provided by NeoPass or enter the manual setup key.
4. Enter the 6-digit code generated by your app on the NeoPass page to activate 2FA.

Disabling 2FA:

1. Navigate to the “Two-factor authentication” section in your Settings and click on the “Disable 2FA” button.
2. You may need to complete a verification check if your session has been idle.
3. Once verified, your 2FA will be disabled. Note that re-enabling 2FA requires setting it up anew with a different QR code, as previous codes will not be valid.
