How does NeoPass verify a parent or guardian’s identity for a kids account?

NeoPass employs Kids Web Services (KWS), an industry-standard age verification and parent consent management platform to ensure that you are an adult.
You will be asked to provide age identifying information depending on the country you reside in and will include some, but never all, of the following information: your name, date of birth, mailing address, credit or debit card information, a personal identity number (such as a CPF number in Brazil, a CURP number in Mexico and certain digits of a US social security number in the US), an identity document or face scan.
The collected personal information will be encrypted and strictly shared with necessary service providers that meet and commit to security standards. KWS only retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or other legitimate purposes. For more information on how the collected information is used, please visit KWS’ privacy policy page.
